Browser Errors We'd Like To See
We regret to inform you, oh wise and savvy internet user, that this website does not support modern browsers such as Firefox, Chrome, Opera or Safari. We are working to encourage our vendors to comply with web standards which would make the web more accessible to those with disabilities and those who choose to use operating systems and browsers which don’t originate from Redmond, Washington. The ironic thing, of course, is that the very same folks who create products which require IE, spend a large proportion of their time re-writing perfectly valid and bug-free code to work with the clugy piece of crap that is, IE. To answer some of your questions, yes we know that any other browser is more secure and more user friendly than IE. Yes, we understand that sites like this keep companies and individuals locked into having Windows around. Why do you think we aren’t all carrying shiny pieces of aluminum instead of these dull grey plastic boxes which have the design sense of an eastern bloc apartment building?
